What happens after my abstract is accepted?

Participants must register and pay the conference fee to confirm their presentation and secure their spot.

How do I submit the full paper after the conference?

Authors are invited to submit full papers following the author guidelines for publication opportunities.

Is there a word or page limit for submissions?

Abstracts should be 200–250 words. Full papers should not exceed 12 pages, including references and tables.

Can I register before I receive acceptance of my submission?

Yes, registration is flexible. Yes. Participants can register before their submission is accepted.

Do all co-authors need to register?

Only the attending author, either in-person or online, must register.

Payment and Discounts

What payment methods are accepted for registration?

Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Wire Transfer. For wire transfers, participants must upload the receipt during registration. 

Can I get a registration discount for group submissions?

The site doesn’t mention group discounts specifically. Participants should contact the Assistance Center for details.

Is the registration fee refundable?

No. Registration fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation or non-attendance.

What is included in the registration fee?

Fees cover access to sessions, conference materials, certificates, meals (lunch, coffee), networking, publication opportunities, and a free city tour. 

Are accommodation and travel costs included in the registration fee?

No. Participants are responsible for lodging and transport.

Can I attend virtually?

Yes. The conference offers both in-person and virtual participation options. 

 

Will there be a cultural event included?

Yes. A free guided city tour is included as part of the conference experience. 

How long is each presentation session?

Oral presentations are 15 minutes. Full details are in the author guidelines.

Are conference sessions mandatory to attend?

No. Required sessions are clearly indicated in the program.

How will my full paper be reviewed?

All full papers undergo double-blind peer review before acceptance. 

 

When will I receive publication instructions?

Guidelines are emailed within 3 business days after the conference concludes.

How do I receive my e-certificate?

Certificates are sent digitally via email within one week after the event.
